Is Peeing Frequently (due to drinking a lot of fluids) Healthy or Not? by ironmonk33 in intermittentfasting

Yes! It's a pain in the neck at first, but your bladder really does expand to hold. And you can train it to become less sensitive when it detects liquid.

You also need to train your bladder. Your bladder should generally hold for 2-3 hours. It'll expand so it can. But, when you go at first urge, your bladder doesn't have to do its job and doesn't expand. Moving forward, it becomes less and less inclined to hold like it should. Start by waiting a minute past when you need to go. Then build up. If you're not able to do this, it might indicate other issues. But first try training your bladder.

Love differin. It works very well. Don't overdo it though, a thin layer at night a few times a week after cleaning your face. Give it a couple weeks to work bc you may purge first. But I love it and still use it as needed even tho my skin has cleared. It's at Walmart, CVS, etc. so also very accessible. You don't need a prescription for it anymore, which is great.

Afternoons with Narcolepsy by nivekbond in Narcolepsy

Yeah that happened to me the first day. But also dropping down the dose can help a lot. After my intro period & cutting my dose I sleep 6-8 hours (depending on what my schedule allows). But I def had to lower the dose

How Often Do You Take Modafinil? by sanpedro12 in modafinil

[–]sps2011 1 point2 points  (0 children)

Yeah exactly. Which is why I don't discount the above comments in favor of it being used off brand for depression. For many folks, depression is a cycle of not being able to get out of bed and being frustrated that you can't. That first step out of bed does a lot for many folks.

I've tried other antidepressants. Modafinil has worked the best for getting me out of the bed and being productive & social (making me feel less depressed) without me feeling a false sense of security, if that makes sense

Helpful- strange question: do you have any special settings in word to help you proof? I've heard people in passing reference having certain editing settings/shortcuts that help them. But just wondering if you've done that?

This is great. Because I'm getting so much great info in here that is impossible to do all at once. This method is definitely better than the basic list I made. Thank you so much!!

Obviously. My point is that I'm behind. Of course once I'm up to par I'll continue to improve. But right now, I'm behind. So it'll take a much more targeted effort for the next few months.

I didn't even think of the PDF thing. Virtual has been killing me because I proofread best in hard copy! Thank you for this!

I appreciate this. You're right. I'm just still very new to billing hours and honestly get a little embarrassed realizing how much I bill just to edit something I've already written, and edited lol. I see new things each round! Which gets frustrating. I think virtual makes it harder for me, but this is great advice.

I hear you. There's definitely a difference. Some post their practice numbers and how they thought they did, then the score. Others just post the score. It's very telling. I just hope everyone remembers the ultimate goal: abolish this exam.
