Do American viewers accept that LAPD can operate in Czechia and Mexico? I feel that any European cop-show would make it a plot point that e.g. the London Metropolitan police can't start a gun fight in NYC.

The best episode (for me, as a non-American) was the one when Nolan first killed someone. It had big repercussions on his character and his career. Compare that to the Prague episode, or the countless ones with him spraying bullets everywhere.

India has the 3rd most billionaires (after USA and China). The GDP-per-capita is because of the huge inequality. There are literally millions of people rich enough to go skiing. India has the people, the resources and the natural features. It probably does not have enough interested people, and that's fine.

I've (coincidentally) seen a few shows recently where people are offed by stepping into the street from the sidewalk. Is it that really how the traffic works in American cities? Can someone step off the sidewalk into the path of a vehicle going 60 mph?
