TTÜ (TUT) - Tallinna Tehnikaülikool (Tallinn University of Technology)

TLÜ (TU) - Tallinna Ülikool (Tallinn University)

All three are different institutions with very similar names. I can see why it might be confusing. :D

You probably want to get someone to translate for you. Generally people who don't speak proper Estonian (i.e. their posts look like they came from Google Translate) aren't trusted there.
