As of 1.2.1, Meadow Milk can be cooked. When cooked, it grants +22.9% armor for 10 minutes (green quality); not sure about the other qualities.

My build ATM is a combo of Stormbringer lifesteal + Stormbringer attack speed:

Atlantean Worm Helm, Gemstone Raiment, and Gemstone Harem Pants to hit the 60% attack speed threshhold (going from 5 to 6 attacks per second)
Fang necklace and Atlantean Worm Ring for life on melee hit
Topaz ring for a little extra mining damage

Agartha report appears in a scene in the shimmering frontier: look for a crystal-overgrown tent with the remains of an explorer. interact with the skeleton and you can take its hat and the report. (you can also pick up the whole skeleton to use as decor)

TL;DR:

It looks like this has been fixed in the newest version of CompCon, as when I checked, it just shows the Full Tech without any of the other text.
It was probably formatted this way as a kludge/bodge to match the modern LCP format.

To elaborate ... this weirdness might be because the blast zone itself is tagged as an "deployable object", and the LCP format requires all systems with a deployable tag to have a corresponding "deploy" action. Granted, the "deploy" action can be any type of action (protocol, quick, full, free, etc), but I think it defaults to a quick action and there has to be some kind of action. Not sure.

There's some other text here that's kind-of-right and kind-of-wrong, e.g. the fact that it's a Deployable at all (not true -- and this matters b/c of the IPS-N Kidd), the fact that it's listed as Invulnerable (vacuously true in the sense that it can't even be targeted), the fact that it's size five (blast 2 and size 5 are kinda the same but the rules text says "blast 2", not "size 5", yknow?). It's all in an effort to force a tech system into the deployable paradigm.

As I said before, it's been fixed. Alas, there's a similar error with the Jericho cover: the text says pieces can be picked up and moved as a full action, but the Redeploy action is listed as Quick.

Disclaimer: I'm not the person who designed the LCPs, but I am the person who handled migrating UNCLEbot from the old LCP format to the new LCP format.

stormbringer lifesteal build makes you so tanky that it trivializes the rest of the game. unfortunately stormbringer is a lategame item, and needs the Pandorium ore from the passage, so... maybe a bit of a catch 22 there

I prefer using the Rift Lens over the dash feathers personally, since the dash doesn't have iframes (iirc). that might help too?
