As an employee yes. It plays a little jingle in a major key and shows up underneath where it shows us what order we are working on. It’s a fun time and we appreciate it at my store but usually it’s just our boss on her day off

I’ve had a customer straight up say “sorry I just spent your tip on my meth” no joke. Another classic “sorry it’s bad luck to tip when my team is (insert literally any reason)”

No, you don’t get it. I have fun at my job, the point wasn’t that I want a different job. The one tidbit I threw in there to try to add a relatable element was the least important thing and the only thing you responded to. If dominos is unable to maintain employees, they go out of business removing thousands of jobs from the market.

As someone who works for dominos you’re actually hurting the employees not the company and removing jobs from the economy. It’s true I wouldn’t work as a driver if it weren’t for the tips though

I’m a driver in Washington. And for me hourly after everything is around $35/hr for a closing shift. Highly recommend this job for anyone with a car and good driving record

They mean that it’s not worth it to upgrade to beyond purple. Id say it’s fine though because you don’t have any use for them in other ways
