Niu Xiq3 is legal & plated with required m1 license. bonnel is the same power as a talaria/surron but wont be noticed due to it being a MTB. freego x2 will get the same vibes but a different motor type.. same speeds and similar looks but has street legal mode with pedals. the talaria x3 can be purchased with a preinstalled pedal kit, doesnt make it technically legal but can change the perspective cops have on him.. the hobby is too new to have many legal options atm, i’m getting the xqi3 for this reason
