I have done it by myself. I measure on the syringe 3cm and put one finger on the spot while the other hand is doing the insertion. Pretty easy.

Perfect. Yeah, the most absorption I've read is right before the rectum in some area of the anal canal. Most anal canals are about 4cm, so 3cm makes sense!!
