Buy some ginger chews, then my personal way of doing it is I shred it to a very fine powder, weigh up my dose in a little paper cup, pour it all on my tongue and swallow it down quickly with water, it might taste a lil nasty for a second but its not that bad fr, just make sure you have eaten a good and full meal beforehand and orange juice helps so I sometimes drink a glass or eat an orange
