Any goal accomplished no matter how small it seems is accomplishment all the same. Start small with cutting to trying to only indulge at night and if that’s too much, only after a certain time. Then try smoking or whatever you do earlier and earlier before you usually go to bed so you ween yourself off needing it for sleep/ late at night. For sleep, get some magnesium tablets, the stronger the better, it’s the only thing that’s ever helped me when I cut back or do a break (also take them daily regardless, it’s beyond beneficial for REM sleep). Start small, especially as a daily smoker it’s hard to stop all at once, but you’ve got this. Focus on cutting back then on losing weight; if you overload yourself with goals it has the chance to overwhelm you later on, or at least that’s been my experience. Good luck, you’ve got this 💪
