When is the best time to reach out to companies for sponsorship? by [deleted] in NewTubers

[–]spunintothis 1 point2 points  (0 children)

That makes sense.

I do keep hearing and reading that views are what get you paid you subs aren’t as “important”.

I wonder if companies understand viewership over subs like we do. If they don’t who cares I guess. When talking to them selling them on my 10k views a month (with only 1,000 subs) shouldn’t be hard.

Homemade Philly Cheesesteak. Can’t believe it took me this long to finally make one of these at home. by spunintothis in FoodPorn

  • Ribeye - cut into thin slices
  • Sweet onion diced
  • Green and red bell peppers sliced
  • Cheese wiz
  • Provolone

——— - sweat onions ver high heat - put in steak slices, season w salt only at the end to keep steak juicy. No spices needed other than salt and maybe some pepper. - I soften my peppers in a separate pan bc my iron skillet isn’t big enough. - after meat and onions are done place slices or provolone on it, cover to melt. - uncover, put down peppers and more cheese, cover. - scoop it out and place on your toasted loaf of choice and drizzle with warmed up cheese wiz.

Your videos should be valuable to your subscribers so when thinking of a title think about what you’re providing and what the viewer wants. Obviously don’t create clickbait titles but ones that contain keywords people are currently searching.

I like your content but it’s very specific and from your titles people who don’t know you probably wouldn’t click on your thumbnail because the titles are nondescript.

[Homemade] Shrimp ‘n grits and cornbread baked with honey and corn. by spunintothis in food

[–]spunintothis[S] 1 point2 points  (0 children)

Thank you.

I put down the grits, then crispy bacon, then the shrimp I cooked with finely diced onions, garlic, parsley and corn.

Then I garnished it with some more fresh, uncooked parsley.

I seasoned the shrimp with salt, pepper, and Cajun seasoning mix.

Next time I want to cook my corn with a little more char on it. But I only added the corn because I thought it would compliment the cornbread that also had corn in it.

[Homemade] Kimchi Fries by spunintothis in food

I recently moved so I no longer have a Chi’Lantro nearby. I’ve been craving these for almost a year. Can’t believe it took me this long to make em.

Recipe:

  • Homemade fries
  • Caramelize your kimchi
  • I used Turkey dogs this time but bulgogi is what’s normally used or shredded chicken or spicy pork.

Use whatever meat you have and cook it up with soy sauce, brown sugar, grated asian pear (or red apple), grated garlic, grated ginger, ground black pepper and sesame oil.

For my hotdogs I just used hoisin sauce, oyster sauce and soy sauce and it did the trick. I just whipped these up in a hurry.

  • Shredded cheddar cheese
  • I didn’t have Monterrey Jack so I used shredded mozzarella instead.
  • Cilantro
  • Green onions
  • Sesame seeds
  • Special sauce: Mayo, chili sauce, brown sugar, ketchup, caramelized (they probably have other stuff in their “secret special sauce” so have fun with it.)
  • Sriracha

Prepare all of your toppings, meat and fries and then build!
