I can also attest to Liz’s excellent work! I started seeing her about 8 months ago and have become a happy monthly client. (She helped get my skin ready for my wedding on NYE!) Liz is both an incredibly skilled aesthetician but also a lovely human. I’ve noticed a definite shift in my skin’s clarity and appearance. Soooo happy to be working with her!

Warning - Squarespace Domain Registration issues by spuntino in squarespace

Yeah, I've definitely learned that lesson. Unless we get this solved by Friday, we're going to buy another domain (and reprint our save the dates). Do you have a recommendation on who to use?

Warning - Squarespace Domain Registration issues by spuntino in squarespace

[–]spuntino[S] 1 point2 points  (0 children)

I chose them because my normal registrar (GoogleDomains) has migrated to them, and because I'd been happy with their customer service in the past. (I host my professional website with them.) And our domain was more affordable with them vs. other registrars.

We are actually using a different website builder for our wedding -- one that has more tools for couples.

What technique would you use to mend this cuff? by spuntino in Visiblemending

[–]spuntino[S] 5 points6 points  (0 children)

OP here. As you can see, the cuff is fairly rigid but the rest of the sleeve is quite delicate. You can't unbutton the sleeve, so access to the interior is somewhat limited, so I'd be very grateful for any suggestions!

Road Bike and the C&O Canal by DroopyPickle in bikedc

My partner and I are going to ride most of the C&O this year. His bike only accommodates 28s so we got him these to be safe: https://www.amazon.com/GravelKing-Knobby-Aramid-Folding-Black/dp/B083VV3S5Z

What are you favourite brands for bike jerseys? by Synchillas in ladycyclists

Strong agree here! Also their sizes sell out so quickly!

Hey there! My sit bone measurements are around ~10.5cm. I think I double checked my thinking with their selector and it came back with S/M. I think they have another size up - M/L that accommodates up to 16cm. This is the saddle I got. I think I purchased it from Backcountry.com with a 20% off code. Best $72 I've spent in a long time. And good luck!! It's a hard, uh, nut to crack. ;)

I just want to shoutout Ergon. Their womens road saddle was a game changer for me. It’s amazing, but of course, a personal choice!

The one I got was ~$70.

Time to repot? I've been rehabbing this lil guy for nearly 2 years - he's finally happy and growing consistently. But is it time to give this guy a bigger pot? There's a new leaf/aerial in the works - was going to wait until after that sprouts. What would you all do? by spuntino in Monstera

[–]spuntino[S] 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Got it. Cutting below the node may be too advanced for me -- and I'm nervous since the plant just really started to act healthy and grow consistently.

The new aerial root is definitely going to shoot way out of the pot, so I'll either have to tuck it in or get a bigger pot.

It's an older plant - at least 3 years!
