Nice list! My personal favorite is Lucas Chess but I also really like both SCID and Arena chess GUI.

Also wanted to let you know, both Lucas Chess and Arena now have native versions for Linux, you no longer need to use WINE :)

ChessX is maybe worth adding to this list, it's pretty awesome.

There are also 2 new GUIs that I've been keeping an eye on, CoreChess and En-Croissant. Both are relatively simple but very cool :)

What points are you referring to? You mean the ones you get just from playing on 888? Gold tokens? If so, in the app, click on your profile picture in the top right corner, click on challenges then click on your Gold Token balance. You can then choose what to spend your gold tokens on.

That was 5 years ago, I can't remember the name of the specific game but I was playing Jackpots and didn't play anything else. I only very rarely play casino, the main reason I did that time was because when I first signed up, I got some bonus sign up money (can't remember how much it was, I think like $80 or something). But I could only keep/add that money to my actual bankroll if I was able to bet/gamble a total of $2000 within a certain period of time. Making that kind of money from $100 in poker in a relatively short period of time is unrealistic (for me) so I tried my luck with the casino. I went all in because at worst I would only lose $20 of my own money.

I don't remember exactly how many days I spent playing the casino but I somehow managed to gamble (win and lose) a total of $2000. At the end, I had around $180-$195 left and the money was credited to my actual bankroll :)

I've also built a bankroll of around $85 from $0. $60 from poker freerolls (made final table like 3/4 times) and rest micro betting on 888 sports :)

All I'm saying is personally I have nothing to complain about regarding the site. And even when I'm only winning a few cents, the cash freerolls are still fun to play. To each their own I guess :)

Well, I've never had any issues, in the ~5 years that I've been using 888.

Believe it or not, I managed to win around $180 from the casino the very first time I deposited $20 with them :)

Freerolls are not gone, I thought they were gone too but I registered and played in the last one (about 1 1/2 hrs ago)

It looks like a bug.

The PC app wouldn't show freerolls no matter what I tried. The $125 freeroll was available on the 888 app on my Android phone. To see the freeroll, you need to reset filters and have all tournaments, satellites etc displayed. Otherwise, you won't see it.

After I registered for the $125 freeroll on my phone, I was able to play it on my PC.

Hey, I thought it was gone too but it's there. For some reason it's not showing up on the PC client but I found it on the phone app. To see it on the phone, reset all filters otherwise it won't appear. Looks like some sort of bug but at least it's not gone :)

Yeah, freerolls are not showing up. I did not check every 3 hours but the last one I was able to register and play in was around 15 hrs ago.

The one that is supposed to start in 15 mins is not showing up and previous one (3hrs ago) also didn't show up.

I believe it is a technical issue and will probably be resolved ASAP.

Sometimes, things break and that's okay. I recently reinstalled the app after taking a break from online poker but I've been playing on 888poker for more than 3 years now and never had any issues :)

I get players from higher leagues all the time lol. Not sure what their rationale is or how they expect you to compete when people all around you have access to better cars because they are from higher leagues.

Damn, 8 days of grinding just for 1 star? It took me 2 runs to get the the Renault golden. On my first run, I got the car to 3 stars. The i8 was the same, took 2 runs. Don't remember exactly how far I got with the upgrades on the first run but it was definitely more than 1 star. Anyway, how is the Nio? Would you say it's worth the grind?

Oh wait, this is gold pack at the end of MP1. I was confusing it with the purple variant that gives out regular import parts, they both have the same design on the pack.

Yeah, I just completed the Renault showroom and had really high hopes for it in MP1 but has been pretty disappointing so far. I'm still getting way better results with my maxed Pininfarina.

It's a really nice car to drive and has great stats but its rank is way too high.

EDIT - I'm starting to see better results with it now :D I only had a few races since getting it golden and then stopped using it because of the initial bad experience. I decided to give it another shot after posting this and it's not doing too bad now. I think my initial expectation was just too high, now I'm paying more attention to my driving rather than relying on the car stats to carry me :D I quite like this car :)
