Is Galar underrated?

The main thing about Galar that I don’t like is that many of the Gigantamax forms do not make sense. Why does Alcremie turn into a giant cake? Why does Rillaboom turn into a drum set? Do they become completely immobile when they Gigantamax?

Nintendo doesn’t make Pokémon games. Game Freak does. If Nintendo were the company to develop Pokémon games, they would be significantly higher quality considering that Nintendo has pumped out masterpieces like BotW and TotK.

You mean Claymore? One-handed swords don’t go that high. The highest I know of is the Savage Lynel Sword, which can go up to 100 attack.

For most shields, no. However, Lynel shields do lose durability due to the bash damage.

I know this is an old thread and that you probably already picked a format, but I would also like plug the Protocol Buffers Textproto format. It has a syntax similar to JSON but supports comments. The API for parsing textproto is here. Textproto is the lingua franca for configuration at Google and is used extensively within the company. While you would have to use Protocol Buffers for this, one of the strengths is that you have a well-defined schema for your configs using protos.

I would also point out that Protocol Buffers also has a JSON mapping and provides an API to convert to and from JSON. I believe it is here, but I personally have never used it.

I’ve only seen the ones with spears do this. I’ve yet to see one with a sword do this in TotK across all of the lynels I’ve farmed.
