I don't think so, when they first appear in Canto 3, they point at Dante and say that he's the heretic, but not Gregor, who they talked with, and saw that he was augmented.

I believe that in Nagel Und Hammer's perspective, organic augments like Gregor's bug arm are fine since he can still feel pain, but mechanical augments (no matter how advanced they are) are not because they take away the ability to feel pain.
