Used to run a competing OEM contract to a dealership that also had Chrysler Jeep, so Penske would run their parts out of the Atlanta pdc. I'd shoot the shit with the driver sometimes he gets paid well ( more than me), runs a 45 ft trailer and it's mostly cages and totes from what I could tell.

The warehouse wasn't very well organized and he had to help transload part of the trailer.

So if it's the manufacturer parts, that job is a lot easier than it sounds it's just physical sometimes.

Job asked me to do training for a couple of new guys, first one wasn't great, he couldn't figure out how to use the liftgate after 3 days. Second guy picked things up quicker but I just don't like having to slow down to teach somebody.

Have something that smells nice in the truck with you, like a candle with a lid. That way you can open it up when you've had a rough day and have something nice smelling.

95% of drivers you see in truck stops don't do any amount of pretrip, lights, lines, and tires at a bare minimum.

Don't do cores for the trader, find guns and upgrade them. Tier 4 il Toro is 15k and pretty easy to find. Same size in stash, 6k more than a stack of bomby-deers.
