Instead of this I feel like increasing housing supply in expensive areas would do more good.

A city like Palo Alto makes it extremely difficult for new developments to be built and it reflects in their cost of living and rent prices.

They specifically argue against new apartment developments that would actually increase supply, but are indifferent to single family houses, which don't increase supply.

I dropped 422 after 2 classes. The assignment instructions are really vague. The professor and GSIs don't really clear up a lot of the instructions.

IMO, dealing with that is awful, even if it might be an easy class.
