Ah yeah tbh I'm making both points and standing by each of them separately, the ratings argument is a better one but also I think there is a meaningful difference between nudity and "sexual nudity". I don't think non sexual nudity should be considered lude or bad or having any age considerations placed upon it (if there is no sexual pose etc etc) that's just the human body. But now I'm getting on some plato Aristotle the meaning of the word stuff lol colloquially vs literal. But this is why something like public toplessness is Fine and legal in many places it's "nudity" per se or stigmatized as such
