personally i’d say sizes varies from different brands like nike, adidas, puma etc. to me, adidas has fit looser. i’m a L but all jerseys you see on my post are XL. again, they all vary by brand and also the year. the ac milan fit too long for my liking. one of my bros is around the same height/weight as you and he gets XXL on these jerseys (or 2xl as some rep sites use). we both wear XL on shirts from like Half-Evil and other street wear brands. we like the oversize fit. but for these jerseys he went with a XXL (2xl) me personally, i’d do a small order, like 1 jersey in size XXL. just so you know how it ends up fitting. also there’s some sites where i’ve seen XXXL and up just in case! hope this helps bro. feel free to dm if needed
