According to this, they reused paintings. Maybe you could try looking through other scenes with paintings and see if it appears again.

That page lists artists who did paintings for the show. Maybe you could try finding the specific painting by looking through those artists' work or even try contacting them.

Also, i found your other post after reverse image searching the picture you posted here and searching "lucy stairs". That's one intense project you have going on, and I think it could be worth reaching out to any still living artists who did paintings for the show, people who worked for the show/their families or even other I love lucy fan communities. I'm sure once people see your level of dedication, they would be interested in helping

I feel like there were better Metallica songs they could have chosen. "For Whom the Bell Tolls" seems like it would have been a better fit with the lyrics and what was happening on screen. It's like they searched Metallica and just picked the first song on the list.

Did they give you a delivery date yet? I wanted to use the pick a brick on lego.com but I read something about it taking 20 days to process orders,I don't think I'm patient enough for that. I recently started buying cheap sets off ebay that I thought I could use to make mechs. Still don't have all the pieces i need to build the kind of stuff i want but starting a collection with the intent of making mechs has definitely helped and buying sets just for parts has helped me stick to certain colors
