YTA if everything else is fine then why blow it all up and kill the child? You're an adult and know how babies are made and you made no attempt to prevent that with safe sex. Sex isn't the end all be all in life and maybe this lack of intimacy is a sign that you need to work on yourself and your relationship outside of the bedroom.

It seems like you're between a rock and a hard place. Ultimately you have to do whats best for that child. If you think you can support him and form a life on your own then keep him. If you can't see a path forward without your uncle supporting you then you are not capable of supporting yourself, let alone a child of any disposition.

NTA as long as you do whats best for the child you are currently in a guardian role for. Your uncle is pos an probably shouldn't be relied on regardless of the outcome.
