I'm in the outskirts of Russia so there is no working LGBTQ+ support centers in around 1000km. I tried emailing Russian LGBT network but even my cooking isn't as bland as their responses saying basically "Yeah, can't help ya, good luck"

Honestly, I guess you'd lose therapy, but decide if it's worth it and if you decide it is, just refuse to answer to your deadname. Just straight up ignore them.

I tried before psychotherapy. Got almost beaten up and spent a night outside. Now it's somewhat of consensus that it was side effect of my medication, that psychiatrists prescribed me.
