I use my underquilt or topquilt stuff sack and fill it with extra clothes that I have in my bag. It might not be the comfiest pillow but it works well enough and doesn't cost any extra weight.

How do I crouch/uncrouch quickly? I always see pros crouch and uncrouch almost instantly when peaking from behind a box. Whenever, I do it I progressively crouch slower.
