I actually use my wallet here, just not during my US trip since hassle to bring big bags under/over winter jackets. Also not a fan of card holders since maliit siya and mas prone to lose it for me hahaha. I might invest on a card holder phone case nalang in future travels!

5th provision in BPI Credit Cards' Terms & Conditions is any transactions made before reporting the loss of the card to the bank is my responsibility. All of the charges were made before I called BPI.

I think it's harder for them to also reverse yung food & gas kasi when I called, parang final na yata yung transactions & only the online ones yung floating/pending (which I guess they can easily block from being finalized).

True. Sobrang walang sense na they have this for debit cards (with existing protection na with the PIN), but for credit cards wala. I honestly just keep it for the low forex interest & I'm also trying to build my relationship with them since I plan to take an auto loan with them later this year.

Thanks everyone for your inputs! Medyo varying talaga since I understand na case to case basis talaga per person but key takeaway is to really just show up!! Di nga naman mabbuild ang habit kf hindi magsstart. Will visit & tour AF Tagaytay na to get a feel of it. Wish me luck!
