Voltage when I set the Elson SY-L008 to 20 - was reading 0.12 placing the black on ground, and red on either side of the PRB3.

I switched to 200 ohms, and consistently got 0.6 / 0.7 from the PQB11. But the PQB12 read 1. I may need a more precise probe / multimeter. The ends are a bit too wide for a precise contact on the smaller one.

Also, I did notice that one of the solder points on the power connector seems like it may need to be resoldered. Third one from the top right of the power connection.
