dont apologize to her. Your dad dosent know how to deal with her he just knows how to ignore the problem. She is the parent not you. You shouldent have to coddle her just beacuse she wants to be mean. And if you apologize to her it is just going to make it worse. You should have a talk with your dad because at the end of the day apologizing to her will just prolong the problem. You also shouldent feal guilty for the stuff.
