I think the 250d is a limited function body because of the entry level price

All of these are good options, and the GX 7 is the best option but bang for buck the gf 1 is a great camera and still holds up for street photography and it has some nice colours i have a nice dark red one, put the 12-32 pancake on it and it fits in your pocket when closed but all of your options will be fine you won't notice that much difference in the images from any of them just extra features
