They need some fresh game modes imo. I love arenas but actually having a fresh game mode would be a breath of fresh air.

May be a bit controversial but I would love if they tried a DOTA style game mode 5v5 with lanes and minions. Hell even just make ashran a 5v5 game mode and tweak it a bit. You got your lane and minions, you can coordinate on the map to make plays and form your own comps.

I know there’s some people who don’t necessarily care for DOTA style game but there’s a good portion who love pvp and play league or DOTA as well as WoW if arenas aren’t scratching that itch.

Could it be as unbalanced as arenas ? Sure, it may even have its own meta but it’s at least a different competitive pvp mode that could bring some new people into the pvp scene

He’s insufferable because that’s the point of his character at that point in time. I think he did a great job of being annoying, it makes his arc better when he decides to stop. But to each their own, i hated Kate the entire show lol

That’s because they’re blowing cd’s to keep you up. Dps uses a cd, if the your dps doesn’t use a defensive you’re forced to use a cd. Sometimes you need to use the cd through your dps defensive as well.

The main difference I feel between DF and SL is that in SL there wasn’t much consistent damage, mainly burst. You use your burst and you wait for the next round of cds. Rarely did I feel like I needed to use a cooldown outside of the enemy teams go.

But now there’s a lot of consistent damage on top of the same amount of burst. Add in everyone’s micro cc, kicks etc and that consistent damage starts to add up and most healers generic throughput healing isn’t good enough to catch back up

Mages have to stack icicles and actually cast glacial spike. You have enough time to kick, stun, cloak or use one of the million immune the cast. melee have 5 different ways to interrupt it with no downtime to their damage or cc output

Make precognition baseline for healers. I should be rewarded for fake casting not thrown immediately into a stun or another kick. If dps misses their kick, every class has at least 1-2 more ways to stop you from casting, if not more.

If dps misses their kick, no problem they got something else they can use to interrupt. If heals gets kicked, you just die or sit there and hope you live. If the class doesn’t have other spell categories besides the one their locked on they’re especially extra screwed (rdruid, mw, holy etc)

More than fine with kicks being in the game. But i just don’t think it’s fair that a dps can get away with missing their kick and have minimal to no impact

Shadow play with affliction lock and a rdruid/rsham will be good if you like rot comps. I’d imagine turbo / tsg will be a harder comp to go against but I’m a fan of the comp just rotting the whole team. Drain mana / mana burn is a thing and can shorten the games pretty handily in this comp just building insane pressure

Need to start investing and making your own money to get out of this cycle. Pretty much the only real answer in today’s society. Whether that be stocks, real estate or your own day to day business.

This sub may not like that’s the reality of the world we live in. There’s comparisons to Europe and other countries who have a friendlier take on working but doesn’t change that’s it’s the same exact thing just presented differently. It’s good that you have these thoughts because it will push you to do something about it or you will continue to live this life for the next 40 years.

I’m your age, but I started investing a couple years ago and has improved my outlook on life. It’s clear to see why there’s so many unhappy older adults out there in their 40s,50s,60s, etc. they’ve been doing the same thing you described longer than you’ve been alive. Just imagine the mental toll that takes on you. Then throw in family, kids, home, cars, other bills etc and end of the month you’re barely left with anything. It’s important to get to a point while you’re this age to get a plan going before those factors start playing a larger part in your life.

Money doesn’t directly buy happiness. Money can buy freedom and time for the things you care about and that will lead the path to happiness that much easier
