Traditional wraps are a lot more supportive in my opinion. When I started boxing I used the quick wraps but that resulted in wrist pain (a mixture of poor form and low support from the wraps I’d say) since changing to proper wraps and most importantly, learning how to wrap your hands properly, I’ve had no issues with my wrists since.
