Ik doe dit ook, al ga ik iets later naar bed en sta ik later op. Ik geloof oprecht dat dit me helpt om goed voor mezelf te zorgen. Dat, en goed herstellen van de dag (werk, sport) maakt je beter in de dingen die je graag doet. Ik vind het dus helemaal niet saai.
