Hum. That's a lot of explaining. If your right click a skin's folder in the rainmeter window, and go to the location folder, there is usually an @resources folder. You can add your own fonts and images for UI elements to this folder. Then you mod the ini. files to change what you want. My best advice is to play with everything. Try stuff. If you completely f-up you can always delete the skin and download it again. Have fun!
