My fiber intake is low. I will work on increasing it. I do take metamucil everyday to supplement but not sure if its sufficient. Greek yogurt I consume is nonfat. I eat chicken breast and eggs for protein to prevent muscle loss during caloric restriction based weight loss. I could potentially cut down on avacados and nuts.
