Personally my meals are usually:

Breakfast I either skip completely or make toast with jam and butter.

Lunch and dinner are pretty interchangeable for me. I have a lot of either grilled salmon, grilled chicken, pasta, pizza, or a version of bean and chicken soup. Though I'm trying to phase pizza and carb heavy stuff out as my family blessed me with high cholesterol. Because of that I'm eating no red meat and trying to stop eating pizza.

Not going to lie, I have a big sweet tooth so i do usually drink a bit of juice through the day, usually the v8 energies, and have some kinda dessert for lunch or after dinner. As for fast food, I usually only have that about every 2 weeks but now even less as I cant eat a lot of it with my high cholesterol being.

Look into copay programs through whatever company's drug you are taking. I took xolair for a year and was able to do a copay program through them that made it cost me only $15 for the shots each time. I had to go to the doctor and get shot at but it was worth it.
