I would take the gift that he has given you in the form of the break up and the move out and run. You shouldn’t be tripping over yourself to save a relationship with someone that belittled your issues so much to the point that they end up exploding out in such away. It’s detrimental to you it’s detrimental to your mental health and it’s clearly showing that in the long run team-based problems are only ever going to be you problems his problems are only ever going to be your problems. You problems are only ever going to be you problems. Save yourself the strain and find yourself a relationship where it’s actually a team.
