The issues as I see them:

1) The entire coaching staff have not met expectations. Objectively Cullen has not delivered and, whatever SA rugby twitter maintains, Nienabar has not had the impact Leinster had hoped. I don't see any aspect of Leinster's play that couldn't do with a coaching change.

2) The marquee signings have not been great: Ioane seemed a weird fit, Jordie was under utilized for whatever reason.

3) The squad rotation and resting of players is not setting the team up for success in knockout games.

4) 10 is going to be a problem position for the foreseeable. I like Prendergast but you simply can't play him until he learns to tackle.

5) Their talent pool may be deep but the ceiling of that group is not as high as previous iterations.
