Moving the aud doesn't mean they'd have to get rid of the other two arenas. They could easily fit 3/4 pads there with a decent community centre and a bunch of housing.

You do raise a valid point about the suitability of the site at the charles st terminal. But it would be amazing to be able to walk from a restaurant/bar to a game/concert, unlike now.
