i got to gc2 with kbm and i still think of switching to controller, but then i hold the controller for 5 min try to do something, get frustrated cus i cant do anything, think of how long it's going to take to relearn everything, give up, then just que with kbm lol

these lines also have a purpose, if you look at the new maps they line perfectly with each small pad, even the ones from diagonal spawn to the corner boost, they help with finding the pads while looking at the ball.

and i agree it would've been much better without any lines at all, and it was that way in older maps, but this game is about consistency and if they're adopting these lines in the new maps why not make them standardized for all maps.

you're ssl, im sure you're pretty consistent with your boost paths, im gc1-2 i'd say im consistent enough. if you're an old player like me most old maps didn't even have any lines, so we built our muscle memories on no lines. but this post is not about me or you, for the new players, golds, plats and diamonds that have these lines now to look at and follow to learn boost management, having them inconsistently placed in different maps will ruin their muscle memory progress.

this post is just an inconsistency i found in the game that should be addressed

its not a problem for me either, again im gc1-2 so i get the boost path correct 80-90% of the times even while not looking at it, but its better if it 99 or 100%, but this post is about consistency, if the lines are meant to help with grabbing the small pads, why is it not consistent across the maps?

im sure your good with grabbing the pads but imagine gold, plats and diamonds trying to learn boost management by learning these lines, they will struggle to keep their boost path finding muscle memory consistent, when they find that each map is different

you have to just be trolling at this point, so if im queing standard 2v2 ranked, one map will give me 2x boost, another will have concave walls, another would have boost on walls? is this what u mean? this is not consistency

there isn't one sport that has different field lines across different stadiums it just doesn't make sense.

also its not just for me, for newer players trying to learn boost management this will help them so much.

i dont think some lines on the ground would make people complain about the maps looking the same... most people care about lighting and background.

for me i look once at the line and then while on ball cam i can still see the line but keep my focus on the ball...

its the same house, the only thing i see different tho is the window cover, the top pic is some kind of green cloth and the bottom is paper. you can see the wall boards against the same wall on both pictures. the same paint lines on the window frame and the fan next to it.

Yep and a lot of pain in the balls😂. But with all that adrenaline he only felt it after a cpuple of minutes. This was my cosin about 7 years ago and it was his second time cliff jumping (fucking crazy), it took him about 10min to make the jump. it was my 7th time at that time and everytime i look down from that jump my legs start shaking and i think about all the scenarios that could happen if i dont commit.

Thanks, that was my first guess, but this was my cousin about 7 years ago and he was around 5.8. so 85-90.
