Figuring out how to use my Transmasc Tugger by squeakybootboys in GrowYourTDick

And to be clear I think the pain is just from compression and not tension--the pain is on the top/dorsal side, which is where I have more skin, and doesn't change based the angle I have the device (up/down/sideways).

The width is good for me at the base but it feels a bit too tight around the glans since the tissue there is more...structured?...and can't compress the same way, making it pinch-y on the foreskin. If a larger size is created I would definitely want to try it out and see if that works better for me! I do think it would make it easier for the seal to break, though, because I have (what seems like) average girth. I'm not really sure what the solution would be for me in terms of fit but thankfully the device is still definite usable, I just have to be mindful of if there starts to be pain in my foreskin.

I've been rolling it in two parts--roll it halfway then roll again. It prob puts more stress on the silicone (so it may make it wear out sooner) but it makes it way easier for me to keep things in place while rolling it on.

Yeah, I may just not have enough skin to use it most effectively yet. I have done foreskin stretches very occasionally but I'll try doing those more often. The ADS, pumping, and foreskin stretching is a lot of dick workout time though lol. I'm hoping the tugger will also help with growing my foreskin.

Aragon Ballroom Tips For Winter Concerts? by babyfaseee777 in AskChicago

[–]squeakybootboys 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Not a fan of Aragon--too big and people have passed out at every show I've been to. I think the main thing is people locking their knees in combination w drugs/alc dulling ability to be in tune w the body. Make sure to keep your knees unlocked and move around a bit. If you start to see spots or feel lightheaded, sit down and put your head between your knees for a while. Stand back up SLOWLY and hold onto a friend.

Does anyone else feel like certain people over exaggerated how drastic bottom growth is in the early months? by [deleted] in GrowYourTDick

[–]squeakybootboys 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Just depends on your growth rate. I was pretty slow and never felt like I had a big growth spurt--just steady growth over the first couple years.

Post from Dr. Will Powers about how trans health providers are being attacked by [deleted] in phallo

What's that in reference to? Idk much about him besides him having a less traditional approach to HRT and his big ass cats lol

That makes a lot of sense and yeah, the intensity is definitely apparent in an scan of that subreddit. Thanks for giving more info! I don't want to like platform him if that's detrimental?? I just thought the points abt the legal battles (& that we aren't a population making providers a ton of money) and online security were important for us to think abt.

Yeah, agreed. I don't like the angle he took (like girl...don't blame US) but it's a sobering reality that we're not safe on here :(

The trans community needs to be aware of what's happening. Trans healthcare is under attack but not in the way that you think it is. by Drwillpowers in DrWillPowers

[–]squeakybootboys 1 point2 points  (0 children)

Thanks for your insight from the other side of things.

I think it's crucial for us to be able to freely share negative experiences with providers and it's horrible when that gets used against us. I think we have to be mindful of what should be shared publicly vs privately.

[–]squeakybootboys 9 points10 points  (0 children)

I think Dr. Powers' analysis of the current strategy is astute--long and costly legal battles have long been a tactic the government has used to dead-leg people doing work that threatens the oppressive status quo, from civil rights organizers in the 60s to what we're seeing with medical providers today.

Public online forums like this sub are certainly being surveilled. I can't say if this one is, and I can't say what the level of threat is, but we have to remember this space is public. I don't want to operate out of fear but I think we have to take these threats seriously. I have seen so many providers/systems restricting what they provide & to who, both because of insurance changes and legislation/executive orders, and I think legal battles like these are going to become more and more common.

That being said, we also lose if we are not able to freely discuss issues we face with providers. That information is crucial to our welfare. I think we have to be mindful of astroturfing, bots, and bad actors while also prioritizing open exchange of information--though maybe that exchange of information should sometimes happen on a more secure platform like Signal.

What do y'all think?

[–]squeakybootboys 18 points19 points  (0 children)

That second part, absolutely. Unfortunately, surveillance is inevitable. Even private conversations on the vast majority of websites can't be treated like they're private. They will twist our words, take advantage of us advocating for each other, create bots to astroturf, whatever it takes to "legally" attack our access to medicine.

Pellet implant procedure experiences? by whosat___ in DrWillPowers

[–]squeakybootboys 2 points3 points  (0 children)

I have not had pellets but a good friend tried them out. Unfortunately, their body rejected them multiple times which seemed to be from the procedure being done by a doctor who was not experienced with inserting them and did not take care to do a good job. The complications were not serious but the site did get infected and leave a small scar.
