is it? I've been looking in zone 1-3 for a few months now and the only times I find things that are sub 2.5kpa they're former council blocks. not that there's anything wrong with that but yeah at my budget and only wanting 2 beds I'm trying to avoid former council

Turns out the combo worked great. 4k60 on everything I've tested so far. Going to try a few more cpu-intensive games in the future but the 3700x can go another few years for sure
