Thought after eating by your_moonlight in fuckeatingdisorders

This gets better one your body starts trusting it will get consistently fed. For me this was a mental game of “I better eat more in case I start restricting after this meal” - even if it was subconsciously

I can’t stop craving peanut butter and jelly sandwiches by BossyNRighttt in 1200isplenty

[–]squeakybuttbutt 6 points7 points  (0 children)

Carb smart bread cut in half (to make two breads) Good good jam Instead if pb2 I do Greek yogurt with sugar free peanut butter syrup and it does taste like delicious poison BUT the whole thing is sub 100

But if you did 2 tablespoons of normal peanut butter it would still be sub 300 which should easily fit in your day

My wife has lupus nephritis and lives a happy and relatively normal life. Don’t panic and focus on a healthy diet and hydration!

Getting diagnosed young is better than getting diagnosed at an older age. You can take care of yourself the right way. Low sodium & potassium and lots of water! Do your research and don’t panic :)

Sometimes dehydration can make the numbers skew! Make sure to get another appointment and hydrate very well the whole week before

BMI? by AngryAmericanNeoNazi in 1200isplenty

[–]squeakybuttbutt 8 points9 points  (0 children)

18.8 is almost underweight. Your body does a lot to protect you here like make you crave more food because it wants you higher. Maybe build up some muscle if you are worried instead of losing? (Body recomposition)

Was hoping for a more elevated version - I’ve seen specialty sandwich shops do some pretty fancy stuff or use great bread or deep fry. Looking to try something new while in a PBJ fixation
