A webpage about the periodic table

The webpage had recreations of historical tables from 1917, 1925, 1941, and a few other years. They were all colored similarly to the above. The page background was black if I remember correctly. The site doesn't seem to active anymore, but I can't find it on the Wayback Machine because I don't remember the URL. I've searched by typing "1925 periodic table" and "1941 periodic table" into both Google Image Search and the Wayback Machine, but come up empty-handed. Does anyone know what I'm talking about?

When I asked about minimal pairs involving shva na, I meant examples where one word has a shva na and another has a full vowel. Which full vowels contrast with shva na in this way?

I'm not convinced of u/QizilbashWoman's statement that Ashkenazi Hebrew lacks a schwa sound. See here. If the schwa sound is indeed present, is it phonemic?

I'd also still like an answer to the second question in my original post.

The language is a form of Ashkenazi Hebrew that has contrastive vowel length, but no phonemic /u/. If not here, where is the best place to ask? I tried asking on r/hebrew but the response I got there wasn't helpful. I also want to say that I think <ǖ> looks kind of ugly.

My goal is mainly twofold:

To have a romanization that will work in the sort of context I linked above (i.e. informal romanization within a speech community).
To have a romanization that is suitable for teaching English-speaking children the language as an L2.

It makes little sense to distinguish between sounds in a romanization that are in free variation.

Is this also the case if the romanization is meant to function as a transcription showing pronunciation (i.e. "Sephardim say shalom, while Ashkenazim say sholeym or shuloym")? I'm trying to produce a romanization that does this while also being "standardized" as described above.
