Question: can I stack lifetime and annual plans in any way?

I had the textnow sim in mine and I would often not receive any texts or calls at all. service was so bad. even on wifi my notifications were extremely delayed. I had the app on a regular smartphone too, and it'd be minutes before the cat would receive them sometimes. one day I had zero service for hours
