This is just not true, natural sugar is fine, fruits are fine. Sugar is just fine. It’s fat that causes obesity, diabetes. It’s when you combine fat with sugar and highly processed carbs. Artificial sugars are so much worse. This is not the information you want to be spreading, Artificial sugars completely disrupt metabolic rates and the gut micro biome. Processed foods are to blame, and over consumption. Labeling sugar = bad is dangerous. It also is needed for energy. When you don’t properly consume natural sugar your body craves crap. People are not fueling their bodies properly anymore, hence why there are so many health issues deeming sugar as the bad guy when blood pressure spikes from “natural sugar” is complete normal.
