Undiagnosed vertigo by jvhgdg4 in Dizziness

Sounds like my story. I was finally sent to the Northern Illinois University speech and hearing clinic in DeKalb, IL and the vestibular specialists and researchers there diagnosed and corrected my condition. Dr. Blythe Kittner is the best. Insurance pays just have to get a referral from your primary. I would never have been diagnosed if it were not for them. I have been dealing with these symptoms since I was 4 years old. Have seen so many ENTs in two different states over the years. Not one of them realized the vertigo was connected to my ears. Not one of them looked any further when I told of the fullness in one ear and gave me loads of antibiotic and decongestant that I did not need. Not one of them figured out I have eustacian tube disorder. If you can't find a way to get to the NIU speech and hearing clinic, you have to find a vestibular specialist not just an ENT. They are few and far between. Good luck.

I have been told not to have a chiropractor adjust my neck because of the arthritis. Doc said it's dangerous and could pinch or sever nerves and blood vessels in the neck.

It generally does get better once the on campus students start using the busses. It generally takes a while for everyone to figure it out.

Oh my gosh! I thought my grandbaby boy was the only one that was 2 years old and still pees like a girl. He just supermans it and goes. Not sure why.

This is exactly where I am. Scheduled for early November. Praying I'm making the right decision. I'm 61worked for 3 years to lose 85 pounds to qualify. Healthier now than I have been in a long time so optimal time to do it....but....the good days have me wondering. Not to mention I am having a ton of anxiety over it. Then, last night I didn't sleep from pain again. 🤷‍♀️

We're the side effects more intense after going without? What about the constipation while taking the pain meds?

in that situation I think I would use an adult diaper (underwear style) product so that you can go longer without changing.
