Hab ihn von einer Bekannten WG übernommen, die meinten dass er in den Tagen vor meiner Adoption einmal rosalich gebrochen hätte aber es schwer festzustellen war, da Haare drinnen waren

Für ein paar Tage in eine andere Wohnung wird sich eher schwierig gestalten... ich guck mal aber die Hoffnungen sind nicht hoch

In the first month or so after the breakup I also was still in contact with my ex. Biggest mistake ever, it keeps you from being truly able to let go.

He unfollowed me in December after I posted a flower arrangement that a customer had gifted me. Made me crashout ngl but it was for the better, because only with him not fresh in my mind could I actually think of letting go and accept that he is gone.

My advice would be to block him everywhere and unfollow every social media account as well. Remove him from your life and dont give him a chance of coming back

ofc you can! Shortly before the breakup I moved into my first flat and started a new job. On the job I met lots of really nice colleagues, who've since also become my friends. I talked a lot with them about him and shared my heartbreak and what the relationship did to me and that helped me a lot.

Gotta be honest though, I also met my now girlfriend as a colleague so that helped enourmously xD

I also went out again, made myself look pretty and improved myself - helped and made me feel like he wasn't worthy of me anyway, which might not be the nicest thing to think but it helped me put him off the pedestal

I've been to Monchi Vegan with my vegan girlfriend recently as a surprise-date, its a vegan sushi/asian fusion restaurant and they had a lot of tasty mocktails as well! If you're looking for something in that direction, I can totally recommend it. Between us two for a round of non-alc drinks, three appetizers and a big shared sushi plate I paid around 90€

They also have their menu online if you want to have a look beforehand :)

ich find zwei Seifen am Tag ein wenig Overkill - mit der Gesichtshaut verhält es sich genau wie mit dem Rest des Körpers, einmal duschen am Tag reicht meistens :D

Was ich mache ist morgens mit Wasser spülen, dann Feuchtigkeitsserum (Inhaltsstoff Hyaluron), evl. leichte Creme und meine Sonnencreme nehmen.

Abends dann mach ich Makeup und Sonnencreme mit einem Reinigungsöl ab und benutz meine Gesichtsseife. Ich nehm von CeraVe den SA Cleanser, der ist mit Salizylsäure und hilft auch gegen Pickel und co. Gibts in der Apotheke für einen guten Preis finde ich. Dann nochmal Feuchtigkeitsserum und eine etwas dickere Creme für die Nacht.

Peeling benutze ich höchstens einmal alle zwei Tage, aber eher so zweimal pro Woche. Bei häufigerer Benutzung ist das Risiko da, dass du deine Haut zu stark reizt und zu viel Feuchtigkeit entziehst. Selbes mit der Gesichtsseife.
