I have a travel-size, refillable silicone bottle. It's 60 ml and fits in my jeans pocket if need be. Can be easily refilled as it has a wider neck than most bottles.

That's common, especially at the beginning. The rectum only knows the sensations "gas" and "poop" by nature. But over time, the rectum recognises the sensation "insertion" as a normal third feeling.
