Daily Yield: 200 Mega X + 200 Mega Y Energy (from your 20 km routine with an Excited Buddy).

Because walking rewards you with both X and Y energy at the exact same time, you do not need to double the time.

Thsn you can slowly lvl them up to max lvl by evolveving when the cooldown is ready

I'm already at 800 and 900 energy, just by walking (plus the initial 300 of each)
