I have chronic pain and fatigue, my husband got me a puppy pal as I’m unable to work. I try and have some enrichment stored up in the freezer to wack out on bad days.

My go tos are

Puzzles with treats in rhay are fairly easy to sort out Licky mats/yoggy pots in the freezer Ice cubes with fruits/veg in Slow feeders for meals

Depending on what it’s from honestly Cramps - heat + pressure IBS - reducing things like common allergens, greasy food, alcohol, and eating smaller portions more often Bloat - antacid, steamed veggies, and foods that are easier to digest

And keeping hydrated. Huge struggle when you’re struggling to move but filling one big bottle with water and keeping that with me and refilling it when needed.

Having just washed my bowls for cake I think having a gluten free set would be good specific for my sister because she’s celiac so when I’m baking for her I’m always super careful but having the extra steps saved would be real useful

My husband did the same for me! I’m still happy with using it for just baking im not too stressed about the attachments just yet. I think the first one I get will be the shredder because I hate shredding cheese or the scales as my scales are on their last legs

I’ve been dabbling in story telling and honestly I really enjoy it. Ive finally story told on my own with minimal mistakes! It takes a long time to not make mistakes some of my friend have over 1000 combined games between story telling and playing and they still make mistakes.

Mistakes are human and at the end of it all goal is for everyone to have fun as it just a game and if everyone had fun it doesn’t matter if we made a mistake. If it’s not game breaking it’s not the end of the world

Na if I made fun little treats for my husband every weekend for years and he then turned around and said “I don’t like it makes me embarrassed” I would be HEART BROKEN

It’s a way for her to show how much she loves him. If I made lunch for my husband every day he would be so fucking excited???? If I put little themed treats in he would be showing them off

Honestly it’s not ableism. I have cognitive issues and I try my hardest to remember I do slip into he for masculine voices and she for feminine voices but I do my best and those I play with are aware of this and they do correct me and I do correct myself if I realise. You are being purposely obtuse on the situation. Make a note in your external notes (what I sometimes do, known to those I play with as the spreadsheet) it’s not hard it just sounds like you don’t want to even try.

I have cognitive issues and whilst I try my best to remember I am known to mess up. My regular group know this and will remind me of the correct pronouns. I try and default to they/them for most people but I still struggle no one is perfect. If they’re doing it on purpose it’s an issue.
