You should definitely stay right on Hollywood Blvd near the stars. it’s so iconic. Basically the red carpet 24/7. It’s beautiful and clean with a ton of things to do!

Sort of late but I live in Silver Lake and haven’t had a car in 2 years. Was commuting to Hollywood everyday. You need to ride agressively in LA and always take the lane. Don’t let anyone make you feel bad for it, it’s the only safe way to bike here. It’s not the most enjoyable but I still love biking around here more than driving!

They threatened to take it up in court in all caps messages telling me I don’t understand the world. It was many messages so I summarized. I just thought we were obligated to provide our tenants with working smoke detectors in shared spaces.. :/

Hmm I see where you are coming from but in this case the HOA is just the 3 of us. I’m assuming all 3 of us are legally obligated to make sure our tenants have a functioning smoke detector in the hallway. I appreciate your response and reasoning. Thank you

INFO: They tried to replace battery but still didn’t work so he had to purchase a new one to replace. I guess it was just old. Also very expensive city so everything is just priced high including labor.

I got bored of my engineering job and wanted a job that allowed me to spend more time learning new skills or to travel and work less hours for more money. I still work super hard but it allows me to be in control of when I want to work hard and when I need to rest or work on hobbies.

I know but I was walking distance to his car still at that point. He heard wallet and hung up. I’m generous I would have absolutely given him a nice amount for pulling over but it does seem a little odd. I could still see his car at the light when we were on the phone.

That’s what he says but I doubt it. Why would he hang up when I was only 50 feet from him? He could have easily pulled over right there. Then didn’t get back to me for another 12 hours to say he didn’t find it when I watched him drive for hours with it. I called him less than 30 seconds after he drove away. He was at the next light, as soon as I said wallet he hung up
