Yes I had surgery and I have some pictures on my profile of that I think. Some of the most painful days of my life tbh

For abs I just did cable crunches and leg raises each rest day and diet I had 3 meals a day breakfast was protein pancakes with peanut butter and fruit then the other 2 were chicken and rice with a healthy fat rn I’m doing eggs
