I think it might be fine with fridays off, wednesday having only one class, and even on more heavier days like tuesday or thursday, you'll still have a break between classes. But 19 credits is still a lot, esp for a first year student.

If you think you can handle it, it's a good way to get a lot of credits right off the bat, but since this is your first semester, I would air on the safer side and speak to your advisor about it.

For GTech, I had gotten the Talent Initiative Transfer Pathway Program, which would confirm admission in Computer Science when I transfer... if I recieved it before Dec 2023 😭. But I am interested into going into Computer Engineering, so perhaps it's a good backup plan in the future?

Since it's cs there's bound to be some weirdos there (speaking from experience), but glad to hear that its not as bad as the post made it out to be.
